Sammy is a certified Meditation Guide, Sound Healer, Quantum Healing Practitioner, and Master NLP Practitioner who holds deeply transformational spaces for healing, connection and embodiment.

With a background in Reiki and meditation training received in the heart of India, she weaves ancient spiritual practices with modern energetic modalities to create grounded, heart-centered experiences.

Currently completing her Sound Healing Diploma as she continues to uplevel her Sound and Alchemy offerings, Sammy is devoted to the profound power of vibration and frequency as gateways to emotional release, energetic recalibration, and soul-level integration.

Her sessions blend quantum healing techniques, sound medicine, and attuned intuition, facilitating deep nervous system regulation, cellular clearing, and a remembrance of wholeness. Sound, meditation, and quantum healing are the languages of the soul, and Sammy uses these modalities to guide others into sacred inner landscapes where healing unfolds beyond words, into resonance, stillness, and truth.

With a great love and passion for hosting women’s circles and co-facilitating retreats, Sammy holds space where sisterhood can thrive, where stories are honored, laughter is shared, and the heart is safely witnessed.
