Nestled in the heart of the Atherton Tablelands, Main Ridge on Lake Tinaroo offers a serene and stylish sanctuary for our women's retreat.

Just a short drive from the charming town of Yungaburra, this architecturally designed home is thoughtfully crafted to blend in with its natural surroundings, creating a peaceful backdrop for rest, connection, and coming back to yourself.

The expansive deck overlooks the still waters of Lake Tinaroo, the kind of view that invites you to exhale, slow down, and just be.

With open living spaces, quiet nooks, and a grounded, welcoming energy,

Main Ridge is the perfect space to soften, land, and be held.

All prices include your accommodation, nourishing food, and the deep, healing retreat practices woven through the weekend, all of it created to support you, your body, and your journey.

Accommodation Options

YMain Ridge on Lake Tinaroo will be our home for the retreat. It’s calm, open,

and the kind of space that naturally slows you down the moment you arrive.

It’s private to our retreat, so every room is for women attending the experience.

You can choose to have your own room, share with a friend, or be paired with another woman joining the retreat. There are a mix of private rooms with ensuites, private rooms with shared facilities, and shared rooms.

It’s a space designed for you to settle in, feel comfortable,

and fully drop into the retreat.

There are two ways to stay:

- Solo Stay – your own private room, just for you

- Shared Stay – booking one bed in a shared room, where you’ll be paired with another woman on retreat

Whichever option you choose, you’ll be surrounded by comfort, nature,

and the kind of space that invites you to land fully as yourself.

King Room

King Room –your private Space to Unwind

The King Room is the most spacious and elevated option, designed for those who want their own private space to fully settle in and relax between sessions.

Your room includes:

A comfortable king-size bed just for you
A private ensuite bathroom for your exclusive use
A calm, spacious atmosphere that allows you to truly switch off, breathe, and have space to yourself

Queen Rooms

Queen Rooms – your own space to settle and unwind

The Queen Rooms offer a calm and private space for those who want time to themselves while still being part of the retreat experience.

Each room includes:

A comfortable queen-size bed just for you
Access to shared bathroom facilities
A quiet, grounding atmosphere that allows you to switch off, reflect, and settle into your own space

Twin Room

Twin Room – Shared, Supportive, and Spacious

The Twin Room is a lovely option if you're open to sharing with

another retreat guest.

This room includes:

Two single beds

Access to shared bathroom facilities

A shared stay that still offers space to unwind and connect

Whether you’re coming with a friend or open to being paired with another like-hearted woman, this room invites ease, connection, and shared experience, without sacrificing comfort.


Shared Stay You’re booking one bed in a shared room (Twin or Bunk) and will be paired with another retreat guest or with a friend booking the same room.

Bunk Room

Bunkhouse Twin Room – A Calm, Shared Space to Rest

Set in a separate building just a short walk from the main retreat space, the Bunkhouse Twin Room offers a peaceful and grounded shared stay.

Each space includes:

A single bed in a twin room (only 2 women per room)
Access to a private bathroom for the bunkhouse
A calm, quiet atmosphere to rest, recharge, and settle in each day

Shared Stay You’re booking one bed in a shared room (Twin or Bunk) and will be paired with another retreat guest or with a friend booking the same room.

Fuel Nourishment

Throughout the retreat, you’ll be lovingly nourished with fresh, homemade, vegetarian-based meals made from organic, natural ingredients. Wherever possible, we’ll be using locally grown, produced, and harvested food from the Atherton Tablelands and Cairns region, including seasonal vegetables, herbs, and wholefoods sourced from local farms and suppliers.

Our focus is on simple, wholesome meals that support your body and energy, with optional nutritional supplements and supportive extras available to help you feel your best.

We’re also more than happy to cater for allergies or specific dietary needs, just let us know when you book.
